Q: What exactly does "Satin lined" mean?

A: All our hats have satin interior; meaning the inside of our hats have a satin lining.

Q: Why Satin lined hats?

A: The satin lining inside our hats helps keep that much needed moisture in your hair. Protecting it from dryness, frizz, breakage + hat hair. Also great for wigs/weaves because it reduces shedding.

Is Skatsz Black-owned?

Yes, we are 100% Black-owned operated! We are also Women-owned!

Q: Why buy Skatsz?

A: Besides the fact that our hats are lined with satin for healthier stronger hair, all our products are quality made for durability and longevity. Our hats have plenty of stretch to accomodate a variaty of hair size, hairstyles and head sizes. While our hats are stretchy, they do not lose elasticity, meaning Skatsz hats wont lose it's shape in short period of time (hats wont get loose so fast). Um lets see, what else? Skatsz hats are stylish, trendy and functional. Furthermore our prices are affordable compared to other companies :-)

Q: Are your hats one size fits all?

A: Yes. However, the newer styles are made with more slouch to stretch more & fit more sizes of hair/head.

A: Yes you can. Some of our customers said that they wear their Skatsz to sleep during the colder months.

A: Our hats are suitable for all hair types; natural hair, permed hair, locs, straight hair, curly etc

Q: Do you ship to Canada, England, France, Netherlands?

A: Yes, we do. (With no duty fees)

Q:How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: We try to process orders daily so you can expect to receive your order 3 - 4 business days from shipping confirmation for domestic orders and for international orders time varies depending on the country.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: After processing your order, we always send you the tracking information. Please check your email, especially the Junk Folder for the tracking information.
